KLAW Products “K2” Industrial Breakaway Couplings are the smallest, lightest weight breakaway couplings on the market today. Designed originally for 1” Chlorine bulk transfer lines the coupling is soon to be available through 3”. In the event of a Railcar pull away the KLAW K2 Breakaway will provide an “engineered breakpoint” as recommended in Edition 5 of Chlorine Institute Pamphlet 57.

HiLoSeal Couplings are used to connect the Chlorine Hose to the stabber pipe. The patented seal design works at vacuum, low and hi pressures. There is no metal to metal contact used to make the seal. HiLoSeal Couplings require NO Tools when connecting or disconnecting. An optional cap allows for immediate, tool free sealing of the disconnected Cl2 hose.

Hy-Grade “Precision Engineered” Check Valves are THE solution to keeping Chlorine from backing up into railcar pad gas systems. Patented “WedgeSeal” metal seats or optional Viton soft seats provide long-term tight shutoff. Everyone in our industry knows the cost of a leaking Cl2 check valve. Hy-Grade Check Valves provide the user reliable tight shut-off in Chlorine Service.
